Espen Smith is a Norwegian beer critic, well known in Norway from television, talk radio, newspapers and magazines where he gives his open opinions on the newest trends in food, beer and liquor. When Espen is not interacting with the press he’s teaching classes, running tour guides, writing books regarding trends in the beer industry and consulting on building microbreweries.

Through his wide experience in the food and beverage industry, Espen has come to appreciate every aspect within the beer industry, be it industrial or craft! Additionally to this he has come to learn the do’s and don’ts of the trade and the undercover gossip we’d all love to know!
